Florists in the United States range from neighborhood flower shops with a walk-in cooler to studio designers who work only by appointment for weddings and events. Most retail florists build arrangements to order, deliver the same day when you call before early afternoon, and belong to a wire network (FTD, Teleflora or BloomNet) that passes out-of-town orders to a local shop. Ordering from the shop directly rather than through a national website usually means more flowers for the money, because no order-gatherer takes a cut. Flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, often early in the morning, and many now open to the public. Flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies and sunflowers and sell by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this Edible Arrangements location. The entire purpose of sending an Edible Arrangement was to surprise the recipient, yet the store called them before the delivery even arrived, completely ruining the surprise. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and questioned why that was necessary, instead of listening or showing empathy, the employee became defensive, raised his voice, and told me, “Don’t call us back.” That response was completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If there is a policy requiring recipients to be contacted beforehand, that could have been explained respectfully. Instead, I was met with hostility and dismissed as a customer. At no point did anyone apologize for ruining the surprise or for the way I was treated. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund after the surprise had already been ruined, it was refused. We were essentially forced to pay for a service that failed to deliver the experience we purchased. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we simply expected the surprise to remain a surprise and to be treated with basic courtesy when we voiced our conc

If I could give zero stars I would! The franchise owner answered the phone and was so mean it’s actually laughable! I paid for “1 hour delivery” and was checking on my order and he explained that what I ordered was wrong and his first offer to “make it right” was to cancel my order? And I said no I’d like you to get it out as soon as you can and then he told me I was disrespectful and he would refuse service…. Wow. Will never use edible arrangements again - what a complete evil human. You should definitely get this owner out of your franchise system.

I will always do business here! Very wholesome family who helped me with a last minute order for Mother’s Day and helped me make a gift better than anything I would have done. They were kind, patient, easy going and understanding they made sure even with most their products sold out they would not send me home empty handed. There’s a difference in customer service from people who are nice because it’s their job and people who truly care about making moments special. The family that runs this is kind because it’s in their hearts. Great to give business to good people.

When the Edible Arrangements store in my area could not make a Valentines day, same day delivery order for me on Thursday Feb 12th. I called this store and spoke with Armine. She said give us the address and we will check with our courier service to see if we can deliver to this address as it was a little further than their normal area. Aram, the store manager called me back himself to say they could do it for a slightly higher delivery charge. That was ok as I knew it was further for the courier. This store went above and beyond to in customer service. They could have easily said the order was not in their delivery area. They were already very busy with many other walk in and delivery orders. But Aram and Armine were professional, polite, friendly and very courteous. The order was placed, delivered and the recipient was extremely excited and happy! Thank you to Aram and Armine for excellent customer service and for helping a girl out during a very very busy time of celebration and recognition of "love and gratitude." It was important to us that the recipient received it as an expression of our gratitude and love and be able to enjoy it all weekend long. This was accomplished b

Truly disappointed. My husband made a simple order a few days ago and asked for it to be ready today for our anniversary. Paid in full. When he showed up to pick up the order there was a sign on the door stating they were not taking any orders because the power was out. NO ONE bothered to call him to say they were going to close early or that the power went out and they couldn't fulfill the order. We are usually flexible and understand that life happens (like the power going out) but this location did not even provide a simple courtesy call or heads up early in the day to find an alternative for our anniversary.
